Can I use the neon signs outdoor?
You can but please tell us when you place the order as we need to use the waterproof version. Please note it can not be used underwater.
How long is the lead time
Most orders are made within 2-3 weeks and then dispatched by the courier you choose. If you are UK based you should receive your order within 25 days. Most international orders should be received within 4 weeks. Please find more details in the shipping page
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we ship internationally.
Does the finished sign look exactly like the design?
We do our best to make sure the finished product look exactly like the design you gave us. And we will also send you a mock up for your approval.
How is the neon lights powered?
All of our lights are powered by 12V driver which is included in the package.
How long will the neon signs last?
Our neon signs are made of LED. The lifespan of LED is 50,000 hours. That is 10 years if used 10 hours a day. So basically it rarely fails. However if there is any problem, feel free to contact us.
Does I need an electrician to install it?
The neon lights are plug and play, is has wire of 1.5 metre long from the driver. But if you want to extend it you must find a qualified electrician to adjust it. For outdoor or commercial use, you must find a qualified electrician to install it.
How can I mount it?
For home use there are holes on the acrylic back you can use to mount the neon signs. For outdoor or commercial use, you must find a qualified electrician to install it.
